Description

The H1 hygiene pallet is a very robust and food-safe plastic pallet specially designed for applications in environments with high hygiene requirements, such as the food industry, pharmaceuticals and other sensitive industries. The pallet has the standard Euronorm size of 1200x800 mm, which makes it compatible with many other European transport and storage solutions. Manufactured from HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) virgin, suitable for foodstuffs. This means that the material is completely new, without recycled additives, and certified for direct contact with food. HDPE is strong, durable and resistant to impact and shock. HDPE virgin resists well over a wide temperature range, between -40°C to +70°C. This makes it suitable for both cold environments, such as cold stores, and warmer conditions. The pallet is equipped with three skids, which increases stability and provides a solid base. The 3 solid skids carry the H1 pallet with a maximum dynamic load of 1250 kg, a static load of 5000 kg and the load when placed in a rack is 1000 kg. This makes it a very strong pallet suitable for carrying heavy loads. The static load is the maximum load when standing on a flat surface. The dynamic load is the maximum load during transport. In both cases when evenly distributed. The upper side equipped with open grid deck. This open deck ensures good ventilation. Equipped with practical stacking edge (0.5 mm high) for safe transport of Euronorm bins without shifting. The pallet is four-sided insertable, meaning it can be picked up on four sides by a forklift or pallet truck. This facilitates transport and handling.
